Affiliate disclosure

Milan Trip is an independent travel guide. To keep the site free for readers, we participate in affiliate programmes with GetYourGuide and Viator.

GetYourGuide

We are a partner of GetYourGuide. When you click a "Book now" or "Check availability" link on this site and complete a booking on GetYourGuide, we receive a small commission. The price you pay is exactly the same as if you booked directly — there is no surcharge.

Viator

We also participate in the Viator affiliate programme (Viator is a Tripadvisor company; our Viator Partner ID is P00305208). When you book a Viator activity through our links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Your booking price is identical to booking directly on Viator.

How affiliate links work

When you click an affiliate link on this site and complete a booking, the respective platform (GetYourGuide or Viator) tracks the referral via a cookie and pays us a commission. The commission comes from the platform's margin, not from any surcharge on your booking.

Our editorial promise

  • We only recommend tours, attractions and activities we believe are genuinely worth your time.
  • We do not run our own tours, so we have no commercial incentive to favour one operator over another.
  • We do not accept payment for editorial mentions or rankings.
  • If a tour is overpriced, badly reviewed or a tourist trap, we will say so — even if we miss out on commission.
  • We recommend tours from both GetYourGuide and Viator based purely on quality and value, not on which platform pays a higher commission.

Other partnerships

We may participate in additional travel-related affiliate programmes (e.g. car rental, accommodation) in the future. If we do, this page will be updated to disclose them.
